Privacy Policy
What data is stored?
ServerMaster caches some server-side and user information so it can work on Discord. This caching exists purely to keep the bot's features and permissions working correctly.
How long is the data kept?
Data is kept for as long as the bot remains in a server. It's deleted once the server is removed or the bot is kicked from it — and on the shutdown date, that happens for every remaining server at once.
Where does the data come from?
Everything is obtained through the Discord API — mainly from commands you run and messages the bot needs to process.
What is the data used for?
Only to run ServerMaster's own features. Nothing is used for anything beyond making the bot work.
Is data shared with anyone?
No. Nothing is passed on to third parties. It's used exclusively by ServerMaster and the small team behind it.
Where is it stored?
On servers located in Germany.
What about Discord itself?
Discord has its own policy covering how it handles your data — see Discord's Privacy Policy for that.
Can I object to my data being cached?
Yes — email info@servermaster.me and we'll sort it out. After December 1, 2026, this is moot, since everything is deleted anyway.
